My experience with CenturyLink to begin with was good, I never had any issues and this was the reason i decided to go with them again. I have had issues with service from the time I signed up for internet services, I didn't complain about it, just went with another company after dealing with slow speeds for over a year. When I asked to cancel my services is when I started having issues. I asked for the internet to be disconnected but wished to keep the phone service. I was told that I would see a credit on my next bill for the services that I no longer had. That was false. My bill was higher and the representative was not very helpful other that adjusting the change fee down to 0. When I tried to disconnect my phone last week, the agent tried up-selling me and kept questioning how I would keep in contact with my family if my cell phone broke. Irritating. She did tell me that services would be disconnected the next day. Not the case AGAIN. I was told in chat that my services will not be disconnected until 3/22/19. Why must they continue to take my money when their services are CRAP. DO NOT GO WITH CENTURYLINK. Spectrum is who I am with now, I have no complaints.
