The price goes up almost every year and they never give their loyal customers any specials. The internet is slow and approximately 1/3 of the time, it either doesn’t work, or is sporadic. You can forget trying to use any gaming devices. They were the last ones to get service back after the hurricane and when weather isn’t even a problem, you can’t get a tech to service the problem for sometimes 10-14 days and they make no apologies or discounts for the amount of time you were having a problem. I would never recommend Spectrum to even my worst enemy!
