Cable:

Cable provides internet speeds faster than DSL through the same cables used for cable TV.

Satellite:

Satellite internet is widely available, but offers slower speeds due to a far-traveling signal.

Fiber:

Fiber relies on glass strands to relay digital code and is much faster than both DSL and cable.

Jaclynn H | 02-16-2023

I canceled service and 5 days later was billed $104, citing that there is no prorated option, even though I had paid my previous bill on time, only 10 days before cancelation. 30 days of service is $105, but they are citing they are sending me to collections for not paying $105 for 4 days of service when I was not under contract. Their service was awful to begin with, which is why I changed providers. Absolutely awful customer service and no attempt at honesty. Big corporation only out to scam families. Definitely not worth the cost for the awful service.

Have been with Ziply for over 10 years now. Very poor signal. Lose signal every other month for hours or days at a time. Way overpriced for such poor quality.
