It's spotty and inconsistent, even within my own home I can't get a reliable connection

This is by far the worst service I've ever had. There is nothing else in the area because the state refuses to put up fiber lines so we are stuck with this slow internet.

It is not a linear issue to rate an Internet Carrier due to the individual experience ,location, staff and ever changing technology issues. My personal experience with Verizon is (just pure luck) is a very knowledgeable staff, polite, patient, and got the problem solved.

Verizon told me my signal is 4G not 5G. I have a technical problem. It's been 2 days since I called and no change in service
