Verizon customer service phone number

To reach an agent by phone, call 1-800-VERIZON (1-800-837-4966). This is the number for all customer support issues.

However, you won’t reach an agent immediately. You must navigate a few automated menus first, so be sure to say “representative” right away. The system will then ask what your call is about to send you to the correct department.

Verizon customer service hours

Verizon’s customer service phone line has limited hours of operation outside of business hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 8AM-7PM ET
  • Sat: 9AM-5PM ET
  • Sun: Closed

You can also chat with the Verizon Assistant tool on their website 24/7.

Verizon store locations near you

To speak with someone in person, you can use the Verizon store locator to find a nearby store in your area. This tool gives you options to schedule an appointment or manage existing appointments. Just click the appropriate link and follow the instructions.

You can also open the My Verizon Mobile app and tap the “Appointments” button at the bottom of the home screen. This will give you the same tools available in the store locator.
