If there’s an outage in your area, you can sign into your account to confirm that there’s an outage impacting your service and be assigned a ticket with the estimated time your service will be restored. You can check the status of an existing repair request or update your request by visiting verizon.com/CheckStatus.

In the event of an emergency in your area, you can sign into your account or check the Verizon news center to keep customers up to date on network recovery efforts and community support.

The My Verizon app for iOS and Android also displays outage information in your area. You can tap on “View Outage Details” to get more info or request a callback when the outage ends.

There are multiple ways to pay your Verizon bill:
