this dsl sucks, they have been promising, fiber optics for over 10 years I'm still waiting for fiber. this company is based out of Texas and could care less about Michigan customers.

Comcast customer service is helpful when one experiences issues. They are friendly and patient. Issues normally do not arise in the first place, but they are quickly solved when they do happen. Comcast values each customer.
