Xfinity is the absolute worst. The agents do not listen and lie, and when you take concerns to supervisors, all they want to do is shut you up. I have never experienced such terrible treatment and would highly recommend literally any company over Xfinity. They charged my lot extra money and always lie. Don't believe there agents.

Been with Xfinity for over 20 years(before it was Xfinity and was just Comcast). They have come a long way. I have Internet, Cable TV and landline phone with them (mobile phone is with AT&T). I don't really have complaints. 2 of the 4 boxes for the TVs are WiFi connected so occasionally those TVs freeze for a moment or two but overall when I compare now to 5 or 10 years ago, I have good service and the customer service I have had occasion to contact was satisfactory. The pricing is completely ridiculous and being seniors on restrictive income, we may very well have to find service that is less expensive. Our budget is strained to where we go to food banks for food. Xfinity does not care about that though.
