Worst experience EVER with an internet provider. First signed up, and was told a modem would arrive in 2-3 days. Fantastic. The night before it's supposed to arrive, I got a message saying that my order has been canceled. I called in and found out that every piece of information I gave over the phone was entered incorrectly. I then had to go through fraud verification to verify that I was me. So I finally got my modem (3 days AFTER the original date), go to hook it up, and....no internet. Had to call and they had to send out a tech 2 days AFTER I got my modem - so a week of promised internet - and no such luck. Finally got internet, and I called to complain about the whole situation and was promised a $60 credit for all the inconvenience. It has yet to be applied to my bill (I'm 2 billing cycles in now). Now - they have notes about the credit on the calls, but are saying that it's not legit. So, I'm currently looking into other options for internet.
