Terrible customer service. Internet went bad and I didn’t have service for hours. I pay for NFL ticket which isn’t cheap and then wasted over 3+ hours talking to representatives trying to troubleshoot. They said they would reimburse me $10 for my time.

If you like shitty internet, not being able to talk to an actual person and no schedule appointments this is the company for you! Even when they say they are coming out they give you a time slot from 8 AM - 5 PM and it is a toss of a coin if they will even show up. I give CenturyLink “0” stars.
