Absolutely the worst internet I've ever had. The customer service was somehow wise than the internet. Buy STARLINK do not do business with these people. They showed up 2 and a half hours late after not showing up at all the day before. They promised high speed internet (couldn't even watch one show on tv) They sent me a notification that we were over our 300 gig limit in 5 days after starting. Nobody was here we were moving it's 100% impossible to use that much. Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Starlink is amazing unlimited and cheaper than this garbage company. Oh yeah so I don't forget 350$ to cancel. Worst trash ever.

Your estimate of spectrum is WAY off, they promise 100Mbps, but actually deliver about 25-30 most of the time. I contact service and get the major run-around. They are the only option right now, and they know it. Any decent company could come in and take over and do well if they would just deliver what they promise.
