the Xfi complete service is not worth it!! you pay the money and expect to get an Xfi pod based on the size of your house (Xfinity recommends grater than 2000sq feet on their website) my house is 7000sq ft and I have connectivity issues and they refuse to give a Xfi pod which is in their advertising! so frustrating. I can't even watch a movie in my master bedroom on my iPad the signal is so bad. their own app shows several of my connected devices with a poor or fair signal all the time. incredibly poor advertising/marketing and a rip off.

I was trying to find a way to get cable I can afford. I signed up for Hello, when I received my new equipment all that was in the box was the modem. No cables, remote or instructions. I tried to call the store, you can't communicate with the people in the store. I had to go to the store to get help. After a few trips back and forth I finally got everything I needed to hook it up. I have always had someone come to my home to help set up a new system. I eventually got it working with some help from a friend. He had to talk to an agent! It took us two full days to get it set up! Since I've had this new setup it consistently goes out off for some reason. I finally found a number where I could speak to an actual human being. Every time I have a problem I call this number. Every time this process takes at least 3 hours! I haven't had TV since last night about 8:00! I'm not sure what I have to do to get internet connection so I can watch TV. I used to be able to come home after a long day and enjoy some TV. For the last 6 months I'm afraid to even turn on my TV! I need someone who cares about giving me what I'm paying for.

Fantastic service overall, customer support is phenomenal, and speeds are great! Typical ping time to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 is less than 1 ms.

Live in a small town or suburb outside of Parker? We got you covered, too.

Methodology

HighSpeedInternet.com compares internet providers within cities and metro areas to give customers the most relevant insights into their internet options. When comparing providers, we consider the following:

  • Provider coverage areas
  • Advertised speeds
  • Real-world speeds (speed test data)
  • Customer feedback
  • Other relevant localized data

We source localized coverage data displayed on our coverage maps from the FCC coverage database, which is updated every six months. For the most current summary of providers in your area, we recommend you use our zip code search tool, which offers the most recent coverage data straight from internet service providers (ISPs).

Our city overviews compare advertised provider speeds. We may also include real-world speed data gathered from millions of annual speed test results. To process our speed test data, we first filter out outliers and providers with low test counts. We then calculate speed averages with every ISP subject to the same parameters.

We gather ISP customer feedback data from our comprehensive annual surveys and direct customer feedback submitted to HighSpeedInternet.com. Unless stated otherwise, average ratings are calculated nationally.
