Spectrum is the Worst! My service is down more than it's up. I spend more time resetting my router and troubleshooting the service than I do using it. The only thing worse than their internet is their customer service. Most of their reps spend more time avoiding answering your questions than they do working.

My wife is the main on the contract but I take care of this things. I returned the equipment for the internet . It's only being used for 8 days out of 30 days of service that ends on April 24. I requested a credit for the days not used and they denied it. It's ridiculous , unfair and not professional this kind of attitude towards the clients. Instead of charging the days the service was used. That's another reason why we are changing provider. Also increasing the prices without notification. Issues with the service frequently. Poor speed on the internet as well. Very very poor and bad service. Don't used them. Find someone else.

Extremely poor customer service. I tried to resolve a billing issue for the last six months, calling once every month for at least an hour every time. Talked to seven different reps because even if you have there ext. # you can't get back to the same one so you have to go through the same conversation every time with no results. Now every time I call they send me directly to the payment department and they shut my service off. Good riddance Frontier!
