Spectrum users beware. Poor internet service and increased pricing cause us to seek out another provider. We made that switch yesterday and it went smoothly. We called Spectrum to discontinue service. Today we get a bill from Spectrum for $92.00 for service from 6 December to 5 January. We again called them and asked if we’ll be refunded since we only used 5 days during the billing cycle. They said they don’t give refunds and we are responsible for paying for the full month. I’m not sure if other companies do this, but if so, it’s robbery in my opinion to pay for a service that’s disconnected.

I called customer service to change my phone number the lady was rude and then hung up on me. So I called back 20 minutes on the phone to be told u have never changed ur number but its gonna be 36 dollars to do so. So i spent 45 minutes of my time to be hung up on and charged to change my number and been with them almost a year...i was with Verizon for 6 years before them and never charged to change my number not even once and when they tell u ur monthly bill is 60 the most it is is75 dollars not 120 a month like at&t charges me...this company is a wripp off and a cheat as soon as I pay my phone off I'm going back to Verizon and telling everyone horrible customer service if this is not fixed I'm offended and horrified by my experience with the company!!!
