Customer service is HORRENDOUS. I ran into a situation where I needed to set up a payment arrangement. I spoke to someone 4 consecutive days and was told it was ok. It wasnā€™t. And now they have changed the amount owed and wonā€™t honor the original agreement. The supervisor actually told me ā€œdonā€™t set up a payment arrangement and see what happens to your serviceā€. WHAT?!?

I have worked from home for a while but my wife started during the pandemic. I have also worked for Comcast and AT&T as a field engineer so this technology is more common to me than most. I will just say this if you want good to great internet go with fiber if you want do so go with cable technically there is no comparison period. I am generally up and down 100 MBPS or better always cable just cannot do it period.

Comcast's speed is blazing fast, at least at my house. Their price is WAY more expensive than it should be, especially given their really crappy customer service policies.
