Spent 45 minutes canceling phone service that we haven't used in over 5 years...had to argue with the employee "Rachel" who repeatedly refused to connect me to her supervisor. Rachel was constantly trying to sell me "upgrades" and "offers" after I repeatedly told her that I was not interested. It takes 2 seconds to add a Spectrum service, but trying to remove one takes at least 45 minutes to cancel one, and plan on listening to lots of sales pitches. Clearly they hold you hostage on the phone, because we all know if you get disconnected...you have to start all over again. Spectrum stinks
