Terrible. Indiscriminate reboots, sometimes right in the middle of on line meetings. Call all hours offering specials and trying to up-sell. 136 per month for month to month. Last time they called me I told them I was looking for alternative ISPs. They have not called me since. Easy to use, but terrible customer service and awareness

You need help getting set-up? Forget it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Can’t get help to set-up a connection, and chat service does not help. Can’t talk with a human for several days on a “call back”. Hours of frustration. Going to pay more with ATT for slower service so I can get internet. All anyone at Comcast wants to do is to sell you additional services.

Speed of the internet is great. The price to acquire this service can be a little on the high side. As a whole new customers are valued more as shown by the price discounts they are eligible for as compared to loyal customers. Customer service has always done a great job to clarify any issues I have run into thus far. The most common issue is raising my bill often with no warning or reason as to why.
