I wanted to pay my final balance because I switched to a more customer friendly carrier and the 877-710-9276 number they give you to call is manned by rude people who hang the phone up on you instead of helping you. I switched 1 day after i paid my billing cycle and i was charged for the entire next cycle. I got a buy one get one free deal and i paid off the phone which i bought to upgrade but the free phone i had to pay for because I left their company. Att is the worst for customer satisfaction and i am glad i am no longer with them. Their prices are too high and they increase your bill without even telling you, then write it off as well everyone got an increase. I was with them for over 10 years and im not sorry to see them go

I don't have a barometer to told them against as far as speed. But when I call regarding a technical issue, they rectify the issue rather expediently.

Live in a small town or suburb outside of Middletown? We got you covered, too.

Methodology

HighSpeedInternet.com compares internet providers within cities and metro areas to give customers the most relevant insights into their internet options. When comparing providers, we consider the following:

  • Provider coverage areas
  • Advertised speeds
  • Real-world speeds (speed test data)
  • Customer feedback
  • Other relevant localized data

We source localized coverage data displayed on our coverage maps from the FCC coverage database, which is updated every six months. For the most current summary of providers in your area, we recommend you use our zip code search tool, which offers the most recent coverage data straight from internet service providers (ISPs).

Our city overviews compare advertised provider speeds. We may also include real-world speed data gathered from millions of annual speed test results. To process our speed test data, we first filter out outliers and providers with low test counts. We then calculate speed averages with every ISP subject to the same parameters.

We gather ISP customer feedback data from our comprehensive annual surveys and direct customer feedback submitted to HighSpeedInternet.com. Unless stated otherwise, average ratings are calculated nationally.
