My first impression was that the customer service reps. were very friendly and willing to help. But when we were having problems with our internet shut off the manager would not help us. He lied about our monthly bill amount and now we are being overcharged. We spent 2 hours in store which was a waste of time because they did not solve anything. They have absolutely no idea what to do about plans and billing statements. Not very organized if you ask me. I would not recommend their business.
