If you do not want to be stuck paying spectrum services your entire life than do not go with them at all!! I promise you will never be able to cancel. They are horrible. You will try to cancel and the whole time they will be trying to upsell you. The cancellation will never go through and you will spend hours and headaches being passed from person to person trying to get it cancelled. If you already have them then call your bank and stop payments. That is how bad they are!

Internet continues to go offline frequently with short periods of time. Cable continues to lose service frequently while in the middle of a show . Frequently lose recordings I saved and have to reset modem . Price continues to go up when service continues to be to be poor and has gotten worse over the years . I’ve spent many hours over the years contacting customer service . Shopping around for new internet provider now and thinking about getting a fire stick or Roku. I pay $192 monthly with poor service.
