Pricing is competitive within the initial year contract period, but balloons afterward and the company is unwilling to reduce it. Internet service is fast when it works, but the signal routinely drops out causing continuous internet issues despite the gig speed. You have to pay for a visit from a technician, even when they're failing to provide the reliable service for which you're paying. Technicians and customer service reps and are friendly, but they seem bound by pricing promotions and structures designed to trap customers. A competitive price promotion brought me back to the company after a negative customer service experience in my first stint, but this second chance just served to remind me why I left them in the first place. Fortunately, there are alternative providers in my area, so I will be leaving them for good shortly. My recommendation would be to utilize this company at your own risk for the initial contract promotion, but be prepared to cut the cord after the term expires or when you grow frustrated with service interruptions.

Worst service ever. Never ever let them sale you anything. Salesman lied about price. Hidden charges. He sent items to the address wrong. Also said he expressed delivered item. Found out items were coming days later. Called to get issue resolution. Talked to 5 different people. They just pass you to person after person. No one cares about you staying loyal. I try to disconnect and they tell me I can't because the order is already in process. Go to anyone but At&t. Customer for over 10years worst company ever to do business with.
