Dear comcast/xfinity,
Ok, first of all my girl (meaning the amazing costumer service provider) Aucylia, she was amazing! I have never encountered such a dedicated and kind worker in my lifetime. She goes above and beyond making sure her customers are happy and the company is reflected in a professional and amazing manner. Without her support, transfering my internet into my new home would not have been so quick, easy, and happy. She is the kindest soul in costumer service and she needs a promotion. I hope one day of if I ever have issues with my internet I encounter her again. I hope this message reaches the company or someone that can wish her a job well done!
It’s unfortunate companies like to send surveys to customers when they know they aren’t being loyal to their 20+ year customers. Performance of fiber is great and reliable. CSpire just announced the $10 discount for bundled cellphone/fiber was going away. This makes CSpire’s pricing on par or higher than other fiber competitors in my neighborhood. I’ll be price shopping since there is no longer a value to bundling. — Also, CSpire refused to run their cables to my home office, instead putting a hole thru the side of my house directly into my toddler son’s room, which is a huge pain to keep his hands off of. I needed internet for work and didn’t have time to argue further. CSpire isn’t the same anymore and is just another “big box” monster. Check your options before diving in!
I was on the phone upgrading my internet
with Comcast for 2.5 hours wanted the 200 mbps plan for $35 as advertised. Got the 75 mbps for $40 through Comcast incompetent staff…. They can’t speak English and not helpful. Had me sign a contract saying it was formality and would be corrected in billing….. None of the corrections happened & now they say signed a contract and they can’t help me. Was on the phone for hours again today, and went to the local infinity office only to find out they can’t help me there- have to drive 100 miles to nearest customer service center.
What a rip off !!!! Never thought I could get had like this…. Very Upset in Mississippi
