The internet is good for the most part. We do have times where the internet is not working in the rooms. We also have the mobile service which is good as well! But they do nothing to truly help you when you need a an extension the grace period is 11 days you ask for 4 extra days to payday no good. We are on autopay and also pay but when we need an extension you can’t help 1star when it comes to that. They are the only company I’ve been with that does that.

I did not like the three price hikes within 2 months. So hopefully it will stay under $100. I have to say customer service is awesome. I have talked to a guy named Z ,Cole and Jeremiah. All of them were wonderful and patient fun to talk to and very helpful. They made sure everything was answered before they hung up. I've had no major problems with anything. I'm thankful for that because of the price I'm paying. But those three guys and customer service are American and you can understand everything they say. And they're very patient when they say it.

Had this trash for 4 years hoping for the best and it NEVER changes internet ALWAYS goes out without any update to wen it comes back 2-3 hours…getting out of this mess ASAP SMH

My Internet provider is one of the best I've ever chosen. It has one of the fastest broadband speeds that I have ever seen. WOW also has very helpful service available at a moments notice. We have multiple devices on only one network so speed and reliablity are truly important to us.

Customer Service is difficult to reach. Great customer service, but only if you have the patience to call enough times, be transferred enough times. Why can't they just list the correct phone number on their bill and/ or web site. I am satisfied with their internet and tv services, but the increasing prices are not acceptable to me. It's time for a change.
