The worst experience possible. Was convinced for a 2 year contract and was sent a new phone, not an upgrade but insisted ot has to be their phone. Everything worked well then 2 weeks before my contract was up, suddenly my phone quit working.. no warning just all at once. Spectrum store told me it couldn't be fixed that I'd have to purchase a new phone from them. Go figure. Shady shady.. was flat out lied to every 2 weeks for 3 months about pricing and billing when I tried to bundle my internet and mobile service so badly that my phone was deactivated then when I called they couldn't find my account and reactivated it. So much hassle and shady dealings I seriously don't know how this company legally stays in business. Just dropped all my services with them ny the end of the month. Save yourself some time and money and avoid using spectrum anything .

I like AT&T Uverse internet service overall because for the price we pay, the speed is pretty good. I don't need the fastest internet in the universe, but I want decent speed for a low price. That is what I feel like we have with AT&T Uverse. I also appreciate their customer service team because I think whenever we contact them for anything they are friendly and good about working with us.
