As long as it works, it is OK. Once problem occurs which needs the technician to come, they take 4-5 days. So, you are siting without or with problem internet for 5 days

The worst router to have , exchanged it still no improvement. I used Orbi to boost the signal per their recommendation, no help. Always blaming the other for poor performance such as Youtube .very inconsistent in their 500/500 router.

High speed Internet at its finest. My family could all be on the internet from all different of their wifi using devices. The directv we have also uses the wifi but does not slow down the wifi on our tablets, laptops, or phones. We defintely pay the somewhat expensive cost for high quality wifi at this household.

From my view: Tech did not call or ring bell during appointment window. I called customer service to ask status. Rep said the tech was on his way. 2 hours later, still no one showed up. Called in customer service again. Rep said tech came and no one was at home. WOW.
