Speed varies on a daily basis or locks up daily.Cust serv is no help. Call and your on hold forever and wind up off shore.Never talk to an agent in the U.S.Cust serv is none existence and their 800 nuumber is a total joke.Spinning your wheels. My rating is a one(1). No accountability nor does Xfinity care .Same old scenario. The only plus is that he techs are all very nice and helpful. Cust serv needs to be revamped.
