Service has been good until LUMEN took over. Have been unable to connect with one # for two months and they can't find why or fix it. Connects OK on my cell phone. Service & tech reps don't speak understandable English. Nothing fixed. It takes 1/2 hour to 1-1/2 hours to even get any help. Frustrated with Lumen.

Worst. ISP. Ever. Called monday to switch my internet from one apartment into another (in the same building, mind you). Was told it would be activated on Wednesday. It didn't get activated. I called again Wednesday and was told to wait for the DSL to stop blinking on my router. It never did. I called again on Thursday only to find out that they have to send someone out next week to check everything. Hopefully, they show up when scheduled. Wish me luck cuz I'm definitely going to need it. Save yourself some trouble, don't go with Centurylink.
