THE WORST< WORST experience i have ever had with internet provider. Customer service is a joke. Never get to actually talk to real person. No reliable internet service after paying for 2 months....The answer as to why i don't have internet is always the same. There is an outage in your area. Check the app? NO OUTAGES REPORTED IN MY AREA???? Oh and by the way my next door neighbor, who has quantum, has internet service but im in an outage. After 2 months of spotty internet i had enough. Try to cancel? Took 20 minutes of customer service saying we can credit your account. We can give you discount to make them understand i would go without internet if they were the only providers. HOW ABOUT GIVING ME INTERNET!!.

Xfinity might be fast but it is NOT reliable at all. I have had at least 7-10 outages since I got onboard in October of 2022. Each outage takes twice as long as they originally predict and they never give credits. I have missed entire days worth of work due to bad internet by this provider and I am going to switch ASAP. Avoid these clowns like the plague

I am very unsatisfied with my internet service. Almost once or twice a month I have to call for repairs. Freezing up or runs slow most of the time.i wish there were other internet providers in my area to choose from. I am suppose to have the prism package ( which I pay for) however I am told by technicians that I do not have prism as I am over eight hundred feet too far away from the optic lines. Hmmmm. What exactly am I paying for then?

After talking to over 15 people over a period of a week just to get internet set up in our new house, we finally cancelled our order. I tried again yesterday to start from scratch and I was told I didn’t exist and had to send in 2 forms of ID. AFTER TALKING TO TWO ,ORE PEOPLE. I asked if they could redo their check and he said he didn’t have that information anymore. I wish there was a ZERO star rating

I have not one bad thing to say about Comcast, I have been with Comcast for ten years, when I lost my job they worked with me to keep my internet. So I could look for work, and now that I can not work they are working with me so I can keep it. Thank You Comcast for all your help. Michael Phelps Cape Coral Fl.

See internet providers in nearby cities.

Live in a small town or suburb outside of Cape Coral? We got you covered, too.

Methodology

HighSpeedInternet.com compares internet providers within cities and metro areas to give customers the most relevant insights into their internet options. When comparing providers, we consider the following:

  • Provider coverage areas
  • Advertised speeds
  • Real-world speeds (speed test data)
  • Customer feedback
  • Other relevant localized data

We source localized coverage data displayed on our coverage maps from the FCC coverage database, which is updated every six months. For the most current summary of providers in your area, we recommend you use our zip code search tool, which offers the most recent coverage data straight from internet service providers (ISPs).

Our city overviews compare advertised provider speeds. We may also include real-world speed data gathered from millions of annual speed test results. To process our speed test data, we first filter out outliers and providers with low test counts. We then calculate speed averages with every ISP subject to the same parameters.

We gather ISP customer feedback data from our comprehensive annual surveys and direct customer feedback submitted to HighSpeedInternet.com. Unless stated otherwise, average ratings are calculated nationally.
