Naples Residential Internet Coverage

Stretched along the western coast of Florida, the city of Naples extends quite a bit inward in addition to taking up a fair amount of coastal space. This area covers over 10 neighborhoods, each of which is served by a variety of internet service providers.

Fiber is available through Centurylink Prism, which has an expansive service area covering all of Naples. With the exception of Keewaydin, almost all of Naples is within the coverage area of CenturyLink.

Cable service through Xfinity is available as far north as Park Shore, stretching southward to Keewaydin. Service extends inland to Bears Paw and the airport area. A handful of Naples neighborhoods are served by Summit Broadband, including Moorings, Coquina Sands, Old Naples, and the airport area.

FPL FiberNet brings high-speed fiber internet to all of Naples, from Park Shore and Sun Terrace to Aqualane Shore and Park Royal along the coast. Inland service is available in Lake Park and Bears Paw.

Never, in my 79 years have I dealt with an internet service as bad as Xfinity. Over priced, can't reach them when need to, bill changes from month to month, when finally talking with a rep they will not be honest, one rep will say one thing and another rep something else. I hate Xfinity!

Unreasonable high prices for Internet 65-75$ per month Poor connection, occasionally no internet at all Waiting time to speak to customer service 50 minutes No prorations when you cancel service. You have to pay for the full month even if you only used it for 1 day in your billing cycle. Ridiculous!

Horrible cable TV programming & guide design of their system. Customer Service is virtually non-exisitent & when u do call you're on-hold FOREVER, in fact, in 9 months of having their service, I've never once gotten to speak with someone because I'm on hold so long I have to eventually hang up each time. Numerous customer service calls have been attempted to due to technical, programming & DVR issues (DVR stops recording for no reason and/or "recorded" shows won't play).

I pay a decent price for fairly fast service. Whenever I have needed help I have always spoken to someone friendly and helpful. I really can't say anything bad about Centurylink!

See internet providers in nearby cities.

Live in a small town or suburb outside of Naples? We got you covered, too.

Methodology

HighSpeedInternet.com compares internet providers within cities and metro areas to give customers the most relevant insights into their internet options. When comparing providers, we consider the following:

  • Provider coverage areas
  • Advertised speeds
  • Real-world speeds (speed test data)
  • Customer feedback
  • Other relevant localized data

We source localized coverage data displayed on our coverage maps from the FCC coverage database, which is updated every six months. For the most current summary of providers in your area, we recommend you use our zip code search tool, which offers the most recent coverage data straight from internet service providers (ISPs).

Our city overviews compare advertised provider speeds. We may also include real-world speed data gathered from millions of annual speed test results. To process our speed test data, we first filter out outliers and providers with low test counts. We then calculate speed averages with every ISP subject to the same parameters.

We gather ISP customer feedback data from our comprehensive annual surveys and direct customer feedback submitted to HighSpeedInternet.com. Unless stated otherwise, average ratings are calculated nationally.
