Ok. they changed my plan from unlimited data to 1.2 tb without telling me. now I have to pay 189 $ bill. called support to ask what happen , they had no answer, instead star selling me mobile service. Be careful with them and read, all statements you receive ....Very bad customer support service.

i have been using Xfinity for years. Although they claim high speed, the reality is the connection is shared and the actual speed you experience will be much lower. Well, that I can live with but there are frequent connection disruptions in the area. Their maintenance is often troublesome and you will experience issues for weeks. Planning to try my luck with some other provider.
