Fort Worth Residential Internet Coverage

Located within one of the largest metropolitan areas of Texas, Fort Worth enjoys service from many local and national internet service providers.

Centurylink Prism and Frontier both bring fiber to the city of Fort Worth. Centurylink Prism has a limited network, but it can expand in coming years. Frontier is currently available in part of the Far North neighborhood of Fort Worth.

DSL is offered through AT&T, as is fiber. The DSL coverage map is slightly larger, covering all of Fort Worth and surrounding neighborhoods.

Certain Fort Worth neighborhoods are served by Frontier Communications, including part of Far Northwest Fort Worth and part of the Far West neighborhood.

Through Windstream, customers in the Arlington Heights area have access to high-speed internet. This central neighborhood is joined by Wedgwood and Far Southwest.

Time Warner Cable serves the eastern edges of Fort Worth, including Far North, Northeast, Eastside, South East, and Sycamore neighborhoods. Additionally, Charter offers coverage to all of Fort Worth, with the exception of part of Eastside.

Local provider North Texas Broadband has a service area that stretches from Sycamore and Far South to Far Southwest.

OneSource Communications brings internet service to part of Far West, Northside, North East, and Southside.

Centrally located neighborhoods, including West Cliff, Western Hills, and Southside are covered by multiple internet service providers. As they say, everything in Texas is bigger, and this is very true with the amount of ISP options.

First of all they completely lied to me about their spectrum streaming services offered all these channels with no box. Until you go to actually watch that channel it's not available on streaming I would have to order a box which made my bill almost 300 dollars. I dropped the streaming have had internet with them with through 3 different modems before I got one to work. Not to mention I had to troubleshoot and go return and pick up all the new boxes. To finally move and now I'm being charged 25 dollars for a self install fee. I'm being charged to do their job.

Was told I had plenty of bandwidth to stream movies and wi-fi. I didn't. I upgraded and still run out 7 to 10 days before next cycle. Wish there was an alternative but nothing yet.

Internet is ok...drops in bad weather. They PUSHED and PUSHED me to get fiber. When I finally agreed, they wanted to drill holes in the house brick and or through the attic. And told us to get trees trimmed before they could put fiber in. Not worth it.
