I've had internet outage at least once every week for the past 4 weeks. Todays Jan 2nd 2021 and we had a snow storm 3 days ago so there are outages, naturally, but I didn't expect it to last several days. Even worse, spectrum customer service isn't giving an ETA anymore on restoration and is now telling me there is no outage. WTF. Fed up with their service, may have to consider dsl.

I loved charter. Spectrum does not follow through. Sometimes my phone works, sometimes not. Internet up and down. Cell phone up and down. Recently spectrum signed me up for services I didn't order. Nine phone calls later, I still don't know if it's been resolved. Was told my landline had a short, without anyone looking at it. That was also wrong. I have a business account. My service is terrible.

Wanted to leave a 5 star review for customer service rep Mimi when calling into headquarters..EXTREMELY helpful and so kind and sympathetic to my personal situation (home robbery). Felt like I was talking to a friend. Great employee to have!
