Customer service is not honest. When I call with an issue, they don't enter notes accurately, creating more issues. I pay for high speed internet, but the service is constantly buffering in my small townhouse. ATT said I needed an extender. I paid for a third party to put one in, and they stated I should not need one at all for a house my size. ATT will not be hones about their poor service and buffering WiFi.

If I wasn't force to have this terrible service I wouldn't. Techs are never available when you need them. Internet outages at least once a month sometimes once a week. If you just plan on getting internet plan on having and extra charge for voice even if you don't use it. Speed is ok I have had much better for cheaper, I can't get that service here because spectrum must of made deals to have a monopoly in my area

TWC prices are too high and when a channel doesn't come in they do not offer any credit or anything to resolve the issue, or to make up for the loss of service.
