The internet speed is okay, had the occasional problems but they could be resolved. The problem is the price of the service is absurd, not only is the price absurd. But they will bill you for services you don't even use. Moved out of my house, returned equipment. Then was told I owed equipment, then once they found the equipment they received it late then I was charged for months I wasn't even living in the house because they haven't received the equipment I returned. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Stay away from spectrum, they are crooks.
