I have had Frontier service for 2months. The install location was placed in the wrong location of my home. Although the speed was as promised the Erro was not. I requested the modem be moved to the center of the home and added a 2G switch direct connection the speed from the the street to the switch was perfect. The WiFi connection was less that half of my 1G when tested. It’s was determined after troubleshooting that the problem was the ERRO. Well going on my 2nd day of no corrective action from Frontier! Not a happy camper for sure. I will update this when the issue has been resolved.

I am paying for high speed internet with Frontier and I barely get anything, couldn't even read the reviews on this site all jumbled up and I can not use Netflix. I was told back in April/may they would be working on improving the area in June, well its August and now when I called they have no info about it. I feel like they owe me money. Grafton area beware, frontier does not deliver as promised. Its not like we live in a remote place but they act like it. I will be switching!

Great service provider and the price is unbeatable! We bought our own equipment and haven't had any trouble installing anything, if we had any questions , the customer service was always there to help and let me tell you, there isn't any automated answering service, you talk with a real person..
