I called to get internet service. Was given this sale pitch about their phone. I kept saying, no my neighbor said she has problems w hers. Oh, it may be her phone. We r #1. And all the towers they have. I asked, if doesn't work, am I going to be charged? Oh ,no. I have 14 days, from day I called that I won't be charged for phone. Guess what, my cheap Walmart straight talk works, were as I couldn't even make r receive calls. It took a day, on the phone w service, to finally get downloaded, activated. I had to sit I'm my neighbors yard to get internet service to get it loaded. Oh! When u open the box ,it tells u, opening may result in restocking fees. Excuse me? How do I know it's going to work, unless I open it? Why send it to me. I know why now. I got charge 136 dollars, restocking fee and charged for that it was damaged. Really? I bet that phone was sent to someone. 1 day , the next day I had it had fedx ,in new papers, wrapped, so it wouldn't get damaged. They are going to rip you off one way or the other. I still haven't gotten internet. Cable is in my yard. After that, I will never get service from them or recommended them. And my neighbor told me, she's on the phone w them because of the internet not always working. Now, they can get their cable. The customer emoyees r nice, the company , stinks. I know how I returned that phone. If they to lie and steal to get your money, I don't want to do business w them.
