These people are liars and thieves. They lie to you about anything they can to get you to sign up then they rip you off every month after that until they finally drive the bill up so high that you have to quit them. They don't care about customer service they don't care about keeping you as a customer and they don't care if it's destroying their business. They'll continue to do this until they have totally phased themselves out of the business. If you can avoid doing business with them don't let them into your life at all. If you do they're going to steal from you I guarantee it. This is not a slander this is how my family was treated.

Technical support sucks...two times I scheduled an appointment, when you follow up your scheduled appointment , customer service tell you different thing and they will tell you that basically their answers is based on what information they see on the screen in front of them. Each of them will tell you different schedule of appointment. You will receive a text from Spectrum that someone is coming on your scheduled day and no one comes, when you follow up, another customer service rep will tell you, oh for some reason it was cancelled... and I was like WHAT? Then when you are super upset on the phone because they keep changing your appointment... that's when they will escalate your request. Why would they wait for you to be super upset before they will escalate your service. Very bad service when it comes to technical support and there is no consistent communication between customer service representative.
