For the 4 months I had the service I had billing problems. From having chat messages from the agents telling me one thing then another agent tells me something different. Still no solution to my problem but to pay them and the only thing the manager is willing to do is file a complaint. This some bs and I am glad I am no longer a customer. And no I would not refer anyone.
I have had this crappy service for over 6 years now and I should have learned my lesson the first year. I have NEVER had so many problems with one company in my whole entire life. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The service, sucks!! No signal on cell phone, never good internet signal. There honestly isn’t one thing I like about spectrum. It sucks.
I never had a problem with Northstate, Their customer service is awesome! No waiting or talking to a machine! There is an office on every block in High Point! The speed it perfect and the price is great! I will miss them!
