Pay for the 800 and and system cannot stay reliable. It continues to crash when and when I try to contact Xfinity i just have to keep rebooting the modem. I reboot or they reboot it does not work very long and by long 2 hrs. Not a fan.

I have ATT fiber, which is great when it’s up - the problem is that it goes down, and ATT support is time consuming and ineffective. Expect to spend 40m+ every time you need support - expect to talk with a robot (which if you have little kids talking is a nightmare), expect whatever they do to fix it not lasting very long, and also the tools to manage your local network are worse than the most basic open source modem tools.. The support experience is infuriating and awful, and reason enough to choose a different provider if you have options. Good luck out there!

I ordered internet and Uverse service and scheduled installation. The tech did not show up on the time window they gave me and did not even bother to call. I called to cancel everything but was talked to reschedule a couple days later. I took time off work for this and same thing no show and no call until the 5th hr. When I tried to call again the lady I was talking to sweetened the deal and promised an install the following day. When I called morning they said it's not going to happen and try to offer me another $100 gift card but I told them I don't need it. The person said he'll have his manager/supervisor call me within the day for update. A lady who's last name was Matthews and introduce herself as the manager called to let me know that it will be another 5 days before they can do the install. I told her what I've been through and just asked to connect me to the department that will help cancel my order. She said she'll cancel it herself in a rude way and hung up. No apologies from the manager after what they put me through.

See internet providers in nearby cities.

Live in a small town or suburb outside of Concord? We got you covered, too.

Methodology

HighSpeedInternet.com compares internet providers within cities and metro areas to give customers the most relevant insights into their internet options. When comparing providers, we consider the following:

  • Provider coverage areas
  • Advertised speeds
  • Real-world speeds (speed test data)
  • Customer feedback
  • Other relevant localized data

We source localized coverage data displayed on our coverage maps from the FCC coverage database, which is updated every six months. For the most current summary of providers in your area, we recommend you use our zip code search tool, which offers the most recent coverage data straight from internet service providers (ISPs).

Our city overviews compare advertised provider speeds. We may also include real-world speed data gathered from millions of annual speed test results. To process our speed test data, we first filter out outliers and providers with low test counts. We then calculate speed averages with every ISP subject to the same parameters.

We gather ISP customer feedback data from our comprehensive annual surveys and direct customer feedback submitted to HighSpeedInternet.com. Unless stated otherwise, average ratings are calculated nationally.
