Novato Residential Internet Coverage
Residents living in Novato, California enjoy the perks of having not only being near beautiful landmarks such as the San Francisco Bay and Olompali State Historic Park, but also because it also comes with the perks of having your choice of a reliable internet provider living here.
Xfinity by Comcast, featuring advertised download speeds up to 250 Mbps, is one of the most widely available internet providers in Novato. If residents want to switch it up in southern Novato communities, you have one other option.
Areas extending from Ignacio to Ignacio Valley, including parts of Rafael Village, and south have access to Sonic cable, which provides internet speeds up to 12 Mbps. Similarly, they also offer the same areas with DSL internet, providing higher download speeds up to 100 Mbps.
AT&T also offers service to the same coverage area, extending only slightly more north into areas like Council Way and the center of the city. Currently, they have advertised speeds up to 75 Mbps for most neighborhoods and communities. However, most only reach speeds up to 24 Mbps.
The remaining northern and central areas of Novato are covered by Frontier Communications for DSL internet. This includes most areas of Black Point and extends as far as Council Way. However, areas nearby the Olompali State Historic Park and the waters may not receive service through Frontier. Areas in southern Novato will not receive service either.
