Every 3-4 months they were increasing the price, when I wanted to switch to another provider, I tried to reach them to ask what was the procedure and how I could give them back their devices but there was no way to get them, the worst possible customer service I ever saw, It took 10 days to have my new internet service, now they debt me $187.00 for the service I didn't use and threaten me they will temper with my credit score. I wished at the time I wanted to use their service, there was somebody to tell me about them.

I had a lovely and very helpful human representative. Yes, human, I’m tired of online service. Kiara was so patient, understanding, and caring helping thru the process of switching carrier. She indeed went extra mile to ensure that I was happy and satisfy with the service.

Just called Spectrum to disconnect my service. They insisted on disconnecting today even though I am paid up until the end of February. To disconnect at the end of the billing cycle, I would have to remember to call again. Such a scam!

Speed is fine. Constant attempts to raise prices are a drag. But the real problem is constant "unexpected" outages. It goes out at least a few times each evening. And every time its "unexpected" and "we have a technician working on it." Why cant they finally fix it after four years? I have been reluctant to switch but over the last week I have had constant outages. Really what does it take for them to just provide the service I am paying them for? Their explanation that solar flares are to blame really do not work at eleven pm. They really should tell their service people that its dark when its eleven pm in the US (not sure where their service people are located to even try to feed us this explanation). So here you go. If you have other choices in your area, why get yourself a headache instead of Internet?

See internet providers in nearby cities.

Live in a small town or suburb outside of Woodland Hills? We got you covered, too.

Methodology

HighSpeedInternet.com compares internet providers within cities and metro areas to give customers the most relevant insights into their internet options. When comparing providers, we consider the following:

  • Provider coverage areas
  • Advertised speeds
  • Real-world speeds (speed test data)
  • Customer feedback
  • Other relevant localized data

We source localized coverage data displayed on our coverage maps from the FCC coverage database, which is updated every six months. For the most current summary of providers in your area, we recommend you use our zip code search tool, which offers the most recent coverage data straight from internet service providers (ISPs).

Our city overviews compare advertised provider speeds. We may also include real-world speed data gathered from millions of annual speed test results. To process our speed test data, we first filter out outliers and providers with low test counts. We then calculate speed averages with every ISP subject to the same parameters.

We gather ISP customer feedback data from our comprehensive annual surveys and direct customer feedback submitted to HighSpeedInternet.com. Unless stated otherwise, average ratings are calculated nationally.
