I turned in my equipment on the last day of the billing cycle and was billed for a whole extra month afterwards. No pro-rating, okay, but I turned in the equipment…. It would seem like this is something customer service would handle but when it was brought to them, they acknowledged that the equipment was turned in and continued to uphold the charges. I literally used it zero days that month. Will not be recommending this service to anyone and discouraging anyone who asks me about it. Unfortunate.

This company is the worst one I’ve been with yet. They lie about gift cards you are supposed to recieve when setting up an account with them. They told us we would recieve 3 $100 gift cards 6 months later and the “manger” on call wants to tell us we were never told that and then our price is about $40 more than quoted and of course when we ask them to listen to the recorded call where we set up service with them to hear what price we were told and what gift cards we were offered no one wants to review them. We will be leaving this company your customer service employees are rude and I’m tired of dealing with this bull crap every month

I would rate Brighthouse Networks with a score of six out of ten. Although I have the lowest price option for internet service offered in my area, it seems to "cut out" out often and we have to constantly reset the modem.

See internet providers in nearby cities.

Live in a small town or suburb outside of Pinellas Park? We got you covered, too.

Methodology

HighSpeedInternet.com compares internet providers within cities and metro areas to give customers the most relevant insights into their internet options. When comparing providers, we consider the following:

  • Provider coverage areas
  • Advertised speeds
  • Real-world speeds (speed test data)
  • Customer feedback
  • Other relevant localized data

We source localized coverage data displayed on our coverage maps from the FCC coverage database, which is updated every six months. For the most current summary of providers in your area, we recommend you use our zip code search tool, which offers the most recent coverage data straight from internet service providers (ISPs).

Our city overviews compare advertised provider speeds. We may also include real-world speed data gathered from millions of annual speed test results. To process our speed test data, we first filter out outliers and providers with low test counts. We then calculate speed averages with every ISP subject to the same parameters.

We gather ISP customer feedback data from our comprehensive annual surveys and direct customer feedback submitted to HighSpeedInternet.com. Unless stated otherwise, average ratings are calculated nationally.
