I've signed up for a two-year contract and had to call every month due to overbilling. I spend at least an hour each time, then do it again. The speed was fast and so was the billing frustrations. When I needed in-home help the techs were usually out within 12 hours, which was better than the Spectrum wait for days.

Great pricing, especially for phone, but the internet service is unreliable and customer service is always 2 - 5 days out. I've been down needing a field tech 3 times in 2 months. Every time I call the representatives always say, "I'm sorry, but the system is running slow today". Talk about a poor sales pitch and/or representation of their own product. Waste of time and useless.
