I decided to switch my phones from Verizon to Spectrum with my cable. The initial call was great. I am still struggling to get reimbursed for my 2 phones. If I call or go into the store there is always an excuse why they can’t reimburse me. At this point it looks like Spectrum is stalling so I run iut of time and they don’t have to pay. Spectrum advertised they will pay up to $2,500 for your phones if you switch. I can’t even get $500 back. The link to download won’t even except my images. I wish I never left Verizon.

AT&T and Spectrum have a monopoly in my town. I have had AT&T for over 8 years. Internet and Uverse TV. Everything worked great for 5 to 6 years. Past 3 years I have spent many hours on the phone with support attempting to fix various internet speed issues and TV issues. 4 out of 5 times the issues are out on the poles somewhere. Bottom line is don’t expect good service unless you are willing to pay premium prices and tech call out fees. I was supposed to credited back $99 for a tech call out last February because the problem was outside on a pole over a block away. Now I have a new issue and if I want it fixed I will have to spend hours on the phone with them or pay the tech call out fee and I know the problem is outside. My neighbor has spectrum. Their service isn’t any better.

We were loyal customers for many years, always paid our bill on time but when the prices kept going up we decided to search for a different service…when we cancelled with Spectrum it was 4 days after the next billing cycle and instead of pro-rating (they said they don’t do this) and us just paying for the 4 days of use, they still wanted to charge us the full $96(just for internet). So we fought and fought as we didn’t mine paying for the service we used but didn’t feel it was fair to pay a whole months worth, but they wouldn’t budge, so they sent it to collections!!! Seriously a huge business that wouldn’t work with their prior loyal customer and money hungry and made us pay for a service we didn’t get! Obviously we have to pay it now cause we don’t want our 800 credit score we’ve worked hard for get hurt in any way!!! Shame on them!!! I will make sure all my friends and family stay clear of Spectrum! Word of mouth is huge, I hope your business crumbles!

We have experienced great download speeds with our service, and anytime we call for a problem, it is always handled quickly. The only complaint is the moderately high price.
