My experience would be great if the service would stay up! I lose my internet several times per day. This morning it went down 3 times for 5 min each. It sucks since its supposed to be their new fiber and all is underground. I don't get why the unstable connection, but I'm researching different providers now.

Extremely overpriced and slower than slow! They were VERY difficult to quit because they keep placing you on hold. My contract had ended and i couldn’t wait to drop them. Here is something everyone needs to be aware of. They expected me, a disabled senior citizen to climb on my roof and retrieve the receiver!! I said there was no way-that that was their equipment. They said they could send someone out. I called the number they gave me and it was going to cost me $99 to have their people come out.UNBELIEVABLE! I sent back the other two components in the box they sent but got charged $270 on my bank account for the remainder. Their practices are vague and secretive! PLEASE DONT USE THEM AND TELL OTHERS!

I hate AT&T! After lying to me to get me to switch to a more expensive wireless service plan only to be paying more in the same amount I was told I'd be saving! And when I realized it just a couple bills later, I learned I no longer even had access to the bills from my previous plan to compare. Then after over an hour on the phone being transferred to no less than four different people telling me they don't have the authority to put me back on my previous plan that they can no longer even see bills to, because I combined my billing as they also pushed on me with a supposed discount for doing so. AND when I simply needed my internet service transferred to our new home, they essentially put me on house arrest as I just moved and have so very much that must get done, and kept promising today was the day a tech was coming to figure out why I wasn't getting service. Every time I had to call back I had to reexplain what was happening as apparently no one notes the account. It was a week of mind blowing torture on top of moving my whole family by myself. And then they hit me with one time charges and do nothing to save my business when I tell them I'm now in the market for a new provider. They informed me that I'm also shackled to them by an early termination fee of something like $165. I feel utterly violated. I can't wait for an opportunity to leave them!

Love the speed of Uverse and we have rarely had any problems and they get fixed super fast if there are any. Lots of options available which is good as we don't want the full cable TV things just netflix and internet access. Love it
