I switched to Frontier because I work (Teach) online using a heavy bandwidth program. My condo was already wired for Fiberoptic, the hookup took 45 minutes, and I now have excellent upload speeds and service. It is even cheaper than my prior service provider (Spectrum) who is updating their Cable axle means of delivery which unfortunately caused so many days with no service at all in the 75093 area. I am SO thankful for Frontier. Fiber Optic is all buried in the ground, not susceptible to EMS attacks, crashes due to weather, etc. It is also more secure, especially if using ethernet as well. I love it and highly recommend Frontier. Fiber Optics is the ONLY way to go!

The service is horrid, the customer service is horrid, the internet keeps going out every day around 9:30 pm and we run a small business so we have lost money and time with this crappy service and we are switching …they wanted to only give us a $25 credit and we have had this issue for over 6 months …does not makeup for the money we lost so I recommend to go with another service provider because this company is horrid and they do not care about their customers!!!!!

The worst service ever, I moved to another location and I want to transfer the service, I asked them to stop the service in my old address and transfer to new location, they told me they don't have service in my new address, next month I was charged again, I called and they said that I suppose to talk to another department to be canceled, and I kept charged for a non existing adress. Also when I called for transfer I told them that internet was slow, I was paying $85 for a slow internet they told me they will reduce in half, and actually the new bill come with the old charges, this is a scam company, stay away from them

This is the absolute worst company in the history of internet companies. I have been trying to upgrade my internet for 2 years. They have shut off my service by accident - that took 4.5 hours to fix. I have placed an order to upgrade my cable boxes, that was a fiasco. Needless to say it never happened. Most recently, I tried to upgrade my internet again. I even spoke to a supervisor because this company is so terrible. Well, called today to check and guess what - there is no order. I am not surprised. You may ask why don't I just change internet companies. Well, because I know the kind of stupid this company is, I expect it. I am old enough to know the grass is not always greener on the other side. There are not many companies to choose from in my area so I am kinda stuck with this ridiculous company. Frontier should be ashamed of themselves. There is a serious problem within the structure and core of this company. It is still SHOCKING to me, it should not be, but it is. How do they stay in business? I have never sat down to write a review but if I can stop just one person from signing up with this horrible company, it is worth the time. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY. I have seriously considered moving just so I do not have to have this company as my internet company. I have lived in my home for 22 years. I work from home and need my internet. It is how I make a living. This company should just close down and go away, we need another internet choice other then Spectrum, I hear they are no better. What is wrong with these people, how hard is it to run a respectable business. I work for one, I know they are out there. I mean really WTH.
