Our service was adequate in the beginning, but got slower and more expensive over time. When the service got to an unusable speed for everyday internet tasks, I called to see what was going on. An automated bot boosted our speed over the phone. I was disconnected after that and never talked to a representative. We switched to Frontier fiber optics (which has been $20 cheaper/mo and incredible speed) and I called to cancel Spectrum that month. Our Spectrum line had been disconnected from the house, so I called to cancel payment. The call was disconnected. I did not realize the cancelation did not finish processing. We called again 2 months later when we had been billed twice after our line was cut and the call was disconnected. We were told they would pro-rate the past payments. I just called again (3 months later) and was told they can't actually credit so that never processed. Nobody called to tell us this. They've been getting our money for three months without providing any service. I was told on the phone today that it's not in their rules or protocol to call back if a line drops and it's up to the customer to follow up. They also were not obligated to tell us the credit that was promised would not actually go through.

We have been trying to work with T-Mobile for over 4 months for them to return credits for service that we were mischarged for. Due to poor reception and even worse customer service we decided to switch providers. Since that time we were charged for 2 full months of service that we did not have. Turns out that the rep "forgot" to cancel the account completely, likely to retain the commission. It was verified that we did not have service and we were informed we would get a credit. Lies, lies, lies. Instead they send us a bill with a late fee and say that they cannot credit back money they took from our credit card since the "account was cancelled". They are THIEVES. STAY AWAY!

Despite the fact that I had to wait several weeks for completion of my home installation kit, I was truly impressed with the courtesy, etiquette, follow-through of customer service on the phone! Their CS quality is better than most! Genuine and timely service with technician and thorough installation process! Rates could not be better and the speed is absolutely ????%. Boycotting their competition with unending rate hikes! Thanks Frontier!! I recommend you to everyone!!
