Escondido Residential Internet Coverage

The city of Escondido is just north of San Diego, housing over 150,000 residents and hundreds of businesses. Throughout the city, neighborhoods have various options when it comes to internet service.

AT&T, which is well-established in many other parts of California, is also very widespread in Escondido. Service is available as far north as Hidden Meadows, as far west as Harmony Grove, as far south as Bandy Canyon, and as far east as San Pasqual.

Time Warner Cable brings speedy cable service to certain parts of western Escondido. Coverage is accessible in the western neighborhoods of Norte Parkway, Harmony Grove, Hamilton Lane, and Del Dios. Service is unavailable east of Avocado Highway.

Through New Edge Networks, those in some northwestern and southeastern communities enjoy access to high-speed internet. Covered neighborhoods include San Pasqual Valley, Bear Valley, and Del Dios.

Finally, the Mediacom network reaches a very small part of Escondido in the far northeastern part of the city.

I have not been impressed or satisfied with my ATT Uverse wireless plan. It is very slow and I lose connectivity frequently. I have called ATT's customer service and have had numerous technicians come out and yet still the quality is very poor. I pay quite a bit for internet and am seriously looking to go with a different provider that has more consistent service.

Cox Communication has great internet. The only problem is because I use so much internet in my house hold I pay a ton for the service. I also feel that whenever Cox offers an additional internet service upgrade my service becomes a little poor. This leaves me getting the upgrade in order to maintain my internet speed. Cox Communication is without a doubt the best but they are in my opinion not a company who cares for their customers.
