Hello,
I'm totally not happy with your Customer Service. Not at all.
I called Spectrum a couple of times but I was disappointed at their services most of the time. They are NOT friendly, not patient at all. They cut when I'm talking. They did not answer my questions.
I used to have a grandpa service with Spectrum ($29.99/month for internet). When my kids went to college, I upgraded the internet to a higher speed ($49.99/month). They did not tell me that the new price will last a year only because it belonged to a promotion program. I was surprised when I received a bill with a different amount one day. When I called their customer service, they did not do anything to help me. I decided to switch my internet service to T-Mobile.
Before installing TMobile modem, I decided to give Spectrum another chance. I called their customer service again to ask if they can get the deal back. The guy helping me on that day was really nice and patient. He discussed this with his manager and told me that he got the deal back to me. I only have to pay $49.99/month. He also cleared mentioned that this deal will last 1 year only. I have to call Spectrum again to make the extension next year. That's fair. So, we agreed both with what we talked.
I decided to return the modem to TMobile.
After 1st month of switching back to Spectrum, I found out that the bill was not $49.99 as they said. It's $64.99/month. I called Spectrum again. I was totally not satisfied with the way they talked to me.
I don't think they will change after my review. If they do, they have a big step and earn great points from their customers. Then I will believe in magic.
Regards.
The most useless internet provider there is. Constant outtages and SLOW throttled internet. Don't waste your time, swap off this steaming hot garbage of an internet provider.
Their billing is confusing, I have had the same plan for over six months and as of date have not had a consistent bill, very frustrating. They are a bit on the pricey side too.
Their speed is decent and gets better if you're willing to pay more. Their customer service is non-existent. You will be given the run around after going through a ton of choices in their automated system. Then, more than likely, when you do get a live person, it would be with somebody that's rude and not in the country. Good luck on trying to find information about your account online. It is the most unfriendly account site ever.
I recently switched everything to AT&T. My television, my wi-fi & my cell service. I drop calls constantly and never have service. My tv will just stop at times to buffer, then come back when it’s done. And my wi-fi follows suit of all of these things. Some times it works better to just turn it off.
