Spectrum is HORRIBLE! I am the only one in my home using WiFi, I have 300 Mbps and it is still slow. It also drops all the time and there are frequent outages. I pay $89.99/mo for this and it’s a complete ripoff. The reviewer who said make sure you cancel before the intro period was 100% right. My rate more than doubled. And if you decide you want to downgrade, forget about it! They tell you they don’t offer that plan in your area. Oh, ok. They take advantage of the fact that they are the only choice in some areas. Horrible customer service, as all they do is read from a script and pretend to be empathetic. If you have any other possible choice, STAY AWAY!

Spectrum is the worst service provider I ever had. The service messes up alot. Today was my worst experience with them ever and I plan to find somewhere else. I called in because my on-demand wasn't working so they told me they were going to reset my box they reset it it still wasn't working on some of the channels. So then I was transferred to a different department she told me give it time for it to load up and it would work later on I go my channels that I usually watch every day are no longer there Lifetime Movie Network. So when I call Spectrum a few minutes ago they told me that the package was changed I told them I did not change anything and they said the package that I had with an old package that is no longer available and they can move me to a different package up and it would only be $12 more. They also offered me the option to change to a different package that would have both of my channels that I really watched but it wouldn't have local but they did tell me that I could get Hulu to watch those.
