The cable from the street to my house needs to be moved. After 6 appointments; 2 cancelled by Spectrum for unknown reasons, 1 to take pictures, 2 by servicemen incapable of doing the job and 1 collaboration with my electrician, the job is still not completed. I have spent innumerable hours on the phone and lost work time. Very disappointing and frustrating to say the least!

One of the worst service and service providers and AWFUL customer service possible in internet service and they know they're garbage. Some places only have spectrum so they take FULL advantage of this and treat you like garbage.

My internet provider is decent. I feel they are over priced. When I called to try to get a different package, I was transferred to 4 different people. Not very happy with their customer service.
